The moment Illinois legislators passed a bill legalizing the sale of cocktails to-go, I developed a bottled cocktail program for Lost Lake — which the Chicago Tribune named Best To-Go Cocktails.
From insuring compliance with novel legalization rules, sourcing consistent packaging in the midst of a supply chain crisis, and establishing safety protocols for a new production line — to creating a monthly menu, overseeing label design, handling label copywriting, and developing a successful marketing campaign that included a ‘walk-tails’ and a monthly subscription service.
