From Thanksgiving til ‘til New Year’s Eve, Lost Lake was transformed into a fully immersive tropical winter wonderland with miles of pink tinsel, thousands of twinkling lights, and hundreds of glittering snowflakes — and the grotto became a glimmery, shimmery blue and silver Star of Dave Cave.
I developed concept and branding for Lost Lake’s lucrative annual holiday pop-up, which drove ~30% of annual revenue over less than 45 days of business. Each year, I organized spirit partnerships to cover to cost of decor and glassware, making this annual pop-up (practically) pure profit.
Additionally, I conceptualized, sourced, and installed immersive holiday decor; lead development of collaborative cocktail menu; created and sourced holiday glassware and garnish; curated holiday music playlists and staff holiday wardrobe guidelines; lead creation of all marketing assets; and developed pandemic pivots in 2020 and 2021.
